Charles combines military discipline with technical expertise. After serving five years in the U.S. Air Force, he transitioned into the IT sector. He currently serves as the VP of Services at Bridgeline, overseeing the project management office and services development group.  

Before his current role, Charles obtained over 25 years of experience in app development, quality assurance, configuration management, systems engineering, digital marketing, and project management.
